Humankind provides managed HR services for New Zealand’s best workplaces. With a new purpose of ‘Leading Humanity at Work’, it was also time to freshen up our branding.
We collaborated with the team at Ocean Design to create a new brand identity and strategy. My role was taking these ideas and executing on all of the design collateral that comes with a brand refresh. This included liaising with the team at Octave to design our new website, and ensuring all designed elements were on-brand and would provide a great experience for users.
As part of this project, I created extensive brand guidelines for internal (and occasionally external) use. Having a new and improved brand is awesome, but we needed to make sure that our team knew how to keep our branding consistent throughout every touchpoint.
Humankind’s confident, dynamic and creative brand tells a new story in the HR world. A story that is genuine and human, setting them apart from the market and designed perfectly to do so.
